肺癌

    美国一项最新研究发现，吸烟不仅会诱发肺癌，还会通过引发肺部炎症进一步加速肺癌的恶化。

    研究人员说，他们以出现早期肺部癌变的小鼠为实验对象，并将其中一些小鼠反复暴露于香烟烟雾中。结果发现，与没有暴露于香烟烟雾中的小鼠相比，前者肺部肿瘤要大得多，并且肿瘤的生长速度也快得多。其他实验证据则表明，吸烟导致的肺部炎症是促进肿瘤生长的关键因素。
