  昨天的健康讲座上,王陇德结合一份调查报告指出,很少吃水果的人和每周有5-7天吃水果的人相比,肺癌的死亡危险度要高。“特别是对于吸烟者,在不能戒烟的情况下,多吃水果可以降低肺癌的发生率。”王陇德同时表示,每人每天正常摄取的食物有个最易记的说法——吃一个网球大小的肉类,两个网球大小的主食,三个网球大小的水果,四个网球大小的蔬菜。

  两个多小时里,王陇德就常见的慢性疾病、改变膳食结构、如何避免走入保健中常见误区、如何运动等做了深刻、细致、生动的讲解。王陇德还指出,维护健康的4大基石是:平衡饮食,适量运动,戒烟限酒,心理健康。他还拿出自己多年总结出的健康口诀与市民分享:“先吃水果后吃饭,每天一顿全素餐,一斤奶三个(种)果,限盐少油多蔬菜!”
