　　肺癌的主要症状是咳嗽，咯血或血痰，胸痛，发热，胸闷，气急，甚至全身疲乏、消瘦、贫血、食欲不振等。临床常用的有效偏方主要如下。
　　[方一] 当归、赤芍、川芎、枳壳、橘梗、桃仁、红花、牛膝、三棱、莪术各12克，生地、浙贝母、百部各15克，蚤休30克，柴胡10克，甘草5克。水煎服，每日1剂，早、晚分服。 本方为天津中医王文翰方，功能行气活血，化瘀散结，适用于肺癌。
　　[方二] 甜杏仁10枚，牛乳100毫升，大枣5枚，粳米50克，桑白皮10克，生姜3克。杏仁用水浸泡，去皮尖，加入牛乳绞取汁液，大枣去核，生姜切片，备用。先煮桑白皮、姜枣，煎取汤液，加米煮粥，临熟时点入杏仁汁，再继续煮至粥成，每日2次。 本方止咳平喘，补中养胃，防癌抗癌。本药膳可作为呼吸道癌症、肺气肿、肺心痛患者的辅助食品。
　　[方三] 白花蛇舌草、猫爪草各20克，黄芩15克，猪芩、大蓟、小蓟各20克，三七6克(冲服)，元胡、黄芪、党参、薏苡仁、生半夏各20克，守宫2条(为末冲服)。水煎服，每日1剂。 本方出自《广西中医药》1987.4期，功能扶正解毒，散结消癌，适用于肺癌。
　　[方四] 核桃树枝60克，草河车、女贞于、白花蛇舌草、淡竹叶各30克。水煎服，每日1剂。 本方解毒抗癌，对肺癌有疗效。
　　[方五] 夏枯草、海藻、海带、生牡蛎、石见穿、徐长卿各30克，丹皮9克，瓜蒌15克，生地、野菊花、王不留行子、铁树叶、蜀羊泉、望江南、鱼腥草、蒲公英各30克。水煎服，每日1剂。 本方为上海曙光医院治疗癌方，功能清热解毒，化瘀散结。
　　[方六] 鱼腥草30克，瓜蒌皮、八月札各15克，生苡仁、石上柏、白花蛇舌草、石见穿各30克，山豆根15克，生牡蛎、夏枯草各30克，赤芍12克，龙葵15克。水煎服，每日1剂。本方为上海龙华医院治疗乌。 肺癌的有效方，功能软坚化痰，解毒散结。
　　[方七] 丹皮、生地各12克，鱼腥草、蒲公英各30克，丹参、王不留行、野菊花各12克，五味子9克，夏枯草、海藻、海带，各15克。水煎服，日l剂，早晚服。 本方滋阴清热，化瘀散结，对肺癌治疗有效。
　　[方八] 仙鹤草、蟾蜍、人参若干。将药制成片剂，每片合生药O.4克，每次6片，每日3次，可连服数月至1年。 本方为广州中医药大学周岱翰方，功能补气扶正，解毒消癌，对肺癌有效。
　　[方九] 紫草根60克，人工牛黄10克，七叶一枝花60克，前胡30克，鱼腥草印克。将紫草根、七叶一枝花、鱼腥草、前胡制成浸膏，干燥后粉碎，加入人工牛黄和匀。每次15克，日服3次。 本方清热解毒，对肺癌有效。
　　[方十] 垂盆草、白英各30克。水煎服，每日1剂。 本方出自《千家妙方》，功能抗癌消肿，对肺癌有效。
