肺癌

    [原料]瓜蒌200克、面粉600克、白糖75克、清水适量。  

    [做法]瓜蒌去籽，放在锅内，加水少许，加白糖100克，以小火煨熬，拌成馅。另取面粉750克，加水适量经发酵加面碱，揉成面片，把瓜蒌夹在面片中制成面饼，烙熟或蒸熟。 

    [用法]佐餐或随意服用。 

    [作用]润肺化痰，散结宽胸。适用于肺癌胸痛。  

    [评注]瓜蒌主要含三萜皂甙、有机酸、树脂、糖类和色素等。在体外抗癌实验中，发现全瓜蒌煎剂（20%煎剂）有抗癌作用。实验研究还指出：瓜蒌皮抗癌效果尤胜于瓜蒌仁，种壳和脂肪油则无效。

Experimental study also pointed out: skin cancer effect of Trichosanthes Trichosanthes is better than on the benevolence kinds of shells and fat oil would be invalid.
