问:近来我感觉身体免疫力有所下降,容易疲劳和感冒。有同事建议我多吃点维生素C片。请问这样有作用吗?维生素片能经常吃吗?
答:据解放军254医院药剂科周丽华药剂师介绍,现代人一日三餐常常不规律、营养难以平衡摄入,维生素摄入量也常显不足。加之工作紧张、生活压力大,维生素消耗增加,需求在增多。在此情形下,适当补充维生素是有益的。中国营养学会推荐,健康成人每天摄入维生素C100毫克,维生素B1成年男性摄入量为1.4毫克、女性为1.3毫克。当然,在某些情况下,如流汗过多、剧烈运动、高强度工作、吸烟、长期服药(阿司匹林、安眠药、避孕药、降压药等),都会引发机体对维生素需求的增加。特别是,长期承受高压的人会加速维生素的消耗;易疲倦者、感冒发烧及创伤愈合过程中每日需要的维生素C及其他营养素也会增加。
摄取维生素的最好方法是从新鲜的蔬菜、水果等食物中补充,而不是一味地吃维生素药片。不过,现实生活中,一些人习惯于口服维生素补充剂。对此,有必要提醒应严格按推荐剂量服用,切忌超剂量服用,不主张长期连续服用。同时,在单一维生素C补充剂和多种复合维生素补充剂的选用上,也需因人而异。具体来看,单一维生素制剂多针对人体的某种具体需求,如预防感冒,提高抗病能力和对寒冷的耐受力,维生素C效果较好。老人和儿童可经常服用维生素C,但不能长期持续服用,感冒时亦可用于帮助缩短感冒病程。但使用异烟肼、磺胺类药、氨茶碱、链霉素、青霉素等药物时不宜服用维生素C,否则会使上述药物因酸性环境而疗效降低或失败。另外,准孕妇在补充叶酸时也不要同时服用维生素C。工作生活缺少规律的健康成年人或营养吸收不良以及被认为需要增加营养的人,适当服用含有多种复合维生素的补充剂较为适宜。这位读者可以吃一段时间维生素C补充剂,身体感觉正常后可以服用复合维生素片。
