大蒜防癌没问题
多年以前,唐代著名药物学家陈藏器所著的《本草拾遗》中有这样一段记载:“昔有患痃癖者,有人教取大蒜数片,合皮截却两头,吞之,名曰内灸,果获大效也。”“痃癖”按现代医学分类,属于内脏肿瘤及子宫、卵巢良性或恶性肿瘤,这段文字大概是大蒜治癌的最早记载了。
最近,有两位日本科学家用大蒜制成了一种癌症“疫苗”。该疫苗的成分中含有一些接触过新鲜大蒜汁的癌细胞,他们将这种癌细胞注入小鼠体内,随后再往小鼠体内注入成百万活的癌细胞,令人惊异的是竟没有一只小鼠发生癌症。也就是说大蒜疫苗的效果达到了100%!另一项实验表明:饲以新鲜大蒜的雌小鼠可完全抑制乳腺瘤的发生。
近年来,在日本和东南亚国家盛行的大蒜粥等食物疗法,已经直接用于癌症的辅助性治疗。具体制法如下:取生大蒜汁半匙,炒陈皮末半匙,加冰糖一匙,拌入糯米粥内,一次吃完。据称可辅助治疗一切癌症,对消化道肿瘤尤宜。
临床上还有用紫皮大蒜30克,去皮,放沸水中煮一分钟后捞出;然后取粳米60克,放入煮蒜水中煮成稀粥,再将蒜重新放入粥内,稍沸后即可食用。本膳粥原来是治肺痨的,据《中草药通讯》报告,用以治疗肺结核115例,有效率达92.5%。我在临床上常以此粥治疗肺癌而又咳血的病人,效果尚可。若加服其他的抗癌中、西药,有明显疗效。
美国和意大利民间口服大蒜液汁或切开舌下静脉用大蒜磨擦切口处,主治肺癌和白血病。大蒜挥发油常年服,尚可预防癌肿的发生。
目前常应用的还有大蒜酒类,用于抗癌有辅助性的效果。像“蛋黄大蒜酒”,其配方为:大蒜200克,蛋黄50克,40度白酒600克,芝麻粉50克,纯蜂蜜100克。制法:生大蒜捣碎,制成蒜糊,加入蛋黄后搅拌。接着用文火焙干,研成粉末。将粉末加入酒中,再加入用文火焙干的芝麻粉和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀后,静放6个月,过滤后便可制得淡茶色透明的保健大蒜酒。每晚取少量(26滴)大蒜酒,用水5倍稀释后饮用,效果颇佳。功效在于温经通便,解毒镇痛。主要适用于软组织恶性肿瘤症见虚寒衰弱者。由于此病晚期呈慢性消耗,全身功能衰竭,小便清长,畏风怕冷,应用本酒,可望有较好疗效。
还有“香糠大蒜酒”,效果亦不错。它的配方为大蒜300克,香糠150克,茶叶末60克,烧酒2 000毫升。制法:大蒜和香糠混合,在蒸锅中蒸20分钟,使大蒜变软。加入茶叶,捣碎混匀后,置于密封容器中,加入烧酒。密封贮藏2个月左右。过滤、压榨滤渣后,将榨汁与滤液合并,即得颇有香味且易于饮用的香糠大蒜酒。功效在于解毒散寒,通络止痛。主要适用于骨肿瘤症见虚寒疼痛者。本制法已获日本专利,特点是利用炒熟的米糠使大蒜脱臭。米糠在文火焙炒的过程中,慢慢变成黄色,然后从黄色变成淡褐色,再变成褐色和深褐色,最后变成黑色。从淡褐色变成深褐色之前,米糠散发出强烈的芳香味,此时应停止加热,即为香糠。这种香糠能除去大蒜的特异臭味。
实际上早在公元前3 000年的古印度,大蒜早已用于治疗包括肿块在内的各种疑难病。印度的“医学之父”查拉克在其著作中指出:“大蒜具有强心、促进血循环和延年益寿的功效。除了其讨厌的气味外,其实际价值比黄金还高。”中世纪的法国用它治哮喘,英国用它治疗痛风;直到现在古巴仍用它作为治疗高血压的要药......

伦敦出版的《新科学家》周刊说,一天吃瓣生大蒜能帮助防止肠癌。研究人员已经发现,大蒜能刺激肠道分泌出清除肠道内致癌物质的酶。新西兰的研究人员给实验用鼠喂入了大蒜内一种叫二硫化二烯丙基的物质,结果有明显的抗癌作用。对于人类来说,能带来有益效果的每日用量相当于约半瓣大蒜。最好是吃生大蒜,譬如在色拉里拌入的生大蒜。该周刊还说:“如果你煮熟了吃,你就需要吃生大蒜的9倍。”
