如何正确服务维生素

  在多种维生素和矿物质补品的说明中,虽然注明每天应服用多少,但是很难讲,这种用量对具体某个人是够用还是不够用,因为每个人的具体情况是不同的,但有一点需要指出的是,人为地过量服用维生素可能会上瘾,一旦停止服用,会出现维生素缺乏症的症状。维生素a和d过量,—对人体是有害的。
  一般的多种维生素补品,对3岁以前的儿童是不合适的。
  缺乏维生素a:夜盲、角膜炎。
  富含维生素a的食品:牛奶、鸡蛋、胡萝卜、蔬菜叶、鱼油等。
  缺乏维生素e:不育、肌肉营养不良;
  富含维生素e的食品:植物油、牛奶、鸡蛋和肉类。
  缺乏维生素k:血友病;
  富含维生素k的食品:鲜蔬菜。
  缺乏维生素d:佝偻病、软骨病;
  富含维生素d的食品:鱼油等。
  缺乏维生素b1:脚气、神经失调;
  富含维生素b1的食品:肉类、酵母、带荚的果实、谷类。
  缺乏维生素b2:皮肤病、神经失调;
  富含维生素b2的食品:肉类、牛奶。
  缺乏维生素b5:易怒、痉挛;
  富含维生素b5的食品:肝、酵母、谷类。
  缺乏维生素b12:恶性贫血;
  富含维生素b12的食品:肝、肉类、鸡蛋、牛奶。
  缺乏维生素c:坏血病;
  富含维生素c的食品:柠檬、水果、青椒、白菜、土豆。
  缺乏泛酸:胃肠炎、皮肤病;
  富含泛酸的食品:肝、酵母、鸡蛋。
  缺乏叶酸:贫血;
  富含叶酸的食品:蔬菜叶
